Criteria for Choosing a Business Cell Phone Plan

In shopping for business shared/pooling rate plans (the name of the kind of plan varies by each cell phone company) you want to find out the following:

1. Does the carrier offer a business shared or pooling rate plan?

2. Is the fee a flat rate inclusive of a set amount of phones and and minutes or is the fee based on a per phone number rate where the total cost of each phone plan as well as the total minutes are totaled together?

3. If the fee is a per phone number rate, can you mix and match the plans?

4. If the fee is a set fee per group, can you add additional lines (phone numbers) to that base number and if so how much would it cost per additional line?

5. Is the rate plan inclusive of unlimited calling between the uers?

6. Is the rate plan inclusive of unlimited nights and weekends or any nights and weekends?

7. Is the rate plan inclusive of long distance calling AND domestic (U.S.) roaming? This is very important because with some cell phone companies your long distance fees are included when you dial from your home market to another city in the U.S. but you pay additional (and I mean ‘big bucks’) if you physically leave your home calling area and use your phone.

So what's the Best Cell Phone PDA for businesses?
